Update 1.1.0 (04/02/2026)¶
A major release adding a public business directory, online service booking, integrated payments, inventory management, and a modernized parts catalog — along with dozens of UX improvements and bug fixes.
New Features
Public directory & booking: customers can now find your shop online and book service appointments directly from your public listing.
Payments: integrated payment processing with Revolution Payments for accepting payments on repair orders.
Inventory & POs: stock items, transactions, vendors, real‑time updates, PO detail + PDF, and new inventory routes for list, new, and detail views.
Ticket parts & catalog: v3 catalog APIs with JWT auth, interchange tab with breadcrumb navigation, full‑screen image zoom, new service item fields (mfr code, part #, source, status), Order Parts dialog, and PO links in the ticket info panel.
Parts markup matrix & tax settings: configurable markup rules and tax rate management.
Alldata import: import shop data from Alldata.

Firebase analytics: usage tracking and insights across the application.
Redesigned ticket info panel: portal link SMS button, labeled phone contacts, and layout polish.
Update banner: in‑app notification when a new version is available, positioned above sidebar navigation.
Invoice template builder: customizable invoice and estimate templates with live PDF preview. Create multiple named templates per location (fleet, government, compliance). Pre-built compliance presets including Florida FDACS with required disclosures, part condition tracking, warranty statements, and customer rights text.
Technician efficiency report: billed vs job time tracking for technician performance analysis.
Mileage tracking: odometer in/out on tickets for vehicle mileage documentation.
Bug Fixes
QuickBooks Online customer import now matches the actual QBO export format.
QuickBooks Online callback page renders correctly.
Service item fields now save when tabbing between inputs.
Purchase orders appear on the ticket panel and vendor logos display for all parts.
Portal pay page and access policy fixed.
Resolved a race condition in transaction processing.

Improved overall performance of data loading.
Added Customer Portal:
Customers can login and see Repair Orders, Estimates, Vehicle History, as well as schedule new service appointments.
Approve or decline specific Services on an Estimate.
See photos and videos taken during the inspection.
Receive notifications when a vehicle is ready for pickup.
Bug Fixes¶
Fixed an issue where the application would crash when opening large files.
Resolved a problem with incorrect data being displayed in certain reports.
